LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS
For Large Group Bookings (6 or More People), We suggest that you check all before booking to avoid any inconveniences.
-Booking and Payment:
For large group bookings of six or more people, please note that changes or cancellations are not accepted. Ensure that all members of your group are available before making the non-refundable booking payment, which is required in advance.
- Group Definition and Cancellation Policy:
At Tengudaira Sanso, a large group is defined as a party of six or more individuals, and our cancellation policy applies to such bookings. -
Payment Confirmation:
Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received within two weeks of receiving the bill for your proposed stay.
- Transaction Fees:
The customer making the transaction is responsible for any commission fees. We accept local bank transfers within Japan and recommend PayPal for international payments.
A PayPal invoice will be provided for the transaction.
- Cancellation Policy:
We have implemented this policy in response to an increasing number of large group bookings being made in advance, only to have the number of guests reduced closer to the date of stay.
While this is not illegal, it disrupts the functionality of the mountain hotels and lodges in the national park.
We consider such cancellations to be disruptive and are taking steps to prevent them respectively.
- Behavioral Expectations:
We kindly ask that you refrain from holding noisy activities, such as parties.
Please be considerate of other guests, especially those starting their climbs early or those acclimatizing to high altitude.
Keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing others in neighboring rooms.
- Respect for Property and Cleanliness:
We request that you treat the property with respect by avoiding damage to items in the rooms and ensuring that your trash is disposed of properly. You will be charged for any damages.
- Lights-Out and Staff Consideration:
Please adhere to the designated lights-out time and avoid any behavior that may place an undue burden on our staff.
- Check-In:
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all members of your group check in together.
- Meal and shower/hot bath Times:
- shower/hot bath Hours: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
-Dinner: 5:30 PM - Breakfast: 6:30 AM
- Night Café: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
-Group Dining:
Please try to attend meals in the dining hall together with your group.
