We initially engaged A&J Security in 2021, during an especially challenging period marked by unrest and elevated risk in the Atlanta area. At the time, we required a full deployment of seven officers providing 24/7 coverage to stabilize the environment and protect our residents.

Thanks to their professionalism, vigilance, and close collaboration with our onsite management team, A&J Security delivered outstanding results. Over time, safety on the property improved so significantly that we were able to scale back coverage from seven officers to five, then three, and ultimately to one part-time officer—a testament to their long-term effectiveness.

Every officer from A&J has conducted themselves with professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to resident safety. Their presence has consistently brought peace of mind to both our residents and staff.

We also receive thorough and timely reports that document all relevant activity. These reports are detailed, complete, and include photos when necessary, allowing our management team to stay fully informed and respond appropriately. This level of communication has been invaluable.
