Please understand, as long as you are employed with A&J your behavior on and off duty will always be a representation of our company.
Dress Code and Grooming Standards
All enforcement officers are required to maintain a professional and consistent appearance while on duty.
The standard uniform and equipment guidelines are as follows:
Uniform Condition:
Uniforms must be kept in a clean, pressed, and neatly tucked into
your tactical pants while on duty to maintain a professional appearance
Officer Uniform:
Top: Navy-Blue Tactical Jacket, Long-Sleeve Navy-Blue Tactical Shirt or a Seasonal Navy-Blue Short-Sleeve Tactical Shirt.
Bottom: Navy-Blue Tactical Pants or Seasonal Navy-Blue Knee-Length Tactical Shorts: Depending on the season and site requirements.
Company Issued Patch: Must be worn at all times while in uniform, as follows:
Company Patch: - Displayed on the left sleeve.
U.S. Flag Patch: - Displayed on the right sleeve, with the stars facing forward in accordance with U.S. flag display regulations.
Black Tactical Boots Or Shoes: Clean, polished, and well-maintained.
