The Corporal (Cpl) position within A&J serves as a vital link between our security officers and management.
Corporals are experienced officers who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to excellence. They are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a designated team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Corporals provide on-site supervision, address immediate concerns, and act as a point of contact for clients and officers alike. They are expected to demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness and professionalism of our security operations.
Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of service as a private enforcement officer or FTO.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to guide and manage small teams.
Operational Knowledge: Mastery of post orders, reporting systems, and incident response protocols.
Performance Record: Exemplary performance evaluations with no unresolved disciplinary issues.
Act as a liaison between officers and supervisors.
Ensure that daily operations run smoothly by delegating tasks and verifying completion.
Provide basic supervision and assist in conflict resolution.
Conduct initial reviews of reports before submission to higher-level supervisors.
Exhibit initiative by stepping up to assist with supervisory tasks during shifts.
Build a rapport with team members while maintaining authority.
