The mission of the Meade High School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive and equitable school counseling program to address the needs of all students. Our program is designed to provide high quality counseling services for all students to develop and achieve meaningful academic, post-secondary, and personal/social goals. In partnership with other Meade High School educators, parents/guardians, and the community our School Counselors will act as champions of advocacy for all student populations to become successful and productive citizens in a diverse and ever changing global community.Â
The Meade High School Office of School Counseling’s vision is to empower all students to reach their full potential graduating from high school, college & career ready. We believe that every student can succeed through the collaborative efforts of their school, family, and community. Our School Counselors will promote an environment of student empowerment that addresses academic, personal/social, and post secondary planning needs for all students to become successful and productive citizens.Â
