Parent/Guardian Submit the Request in PowerHub Form (requests may take up to 72 hours for processing)

CLASS RANK GUIDING RULES
➢ Class rank may only be provided following a student’s sophomore year [i.e., after EOY process each July]; therefore, this process applies only to currently enrolled 11th and 12th grade students.
➢ Class rank may be provided only upon request from the student or the student’s parent/guardian for scholarship, university, or other post-secondary or college and career readiness applications.
➢ Class rank requests must be processed individually. Class rank should not be distributed broadly or generated for groups of students.
➢ With the exception of an eligible student (age 18) as defined in Administrative Regulation JH-RA – Student Records, parent/guardian notification is required when a student requests their class rank.
➢ Class-rank transcripts must not be uploaded or transmitted through Naviance. Families are responsible for submitting official class-rank transcripts directly to institutions when needed.
*AACPS will not send class-rank transcripts directly to colleges, scholarship organizations, or other outside entities.
