Naviance & Common App must be matched before processing requests.
All requests must be submitted with a completed transcript form
Do not prepay for transcripts, unfortunately Naviance nor OSP has a way to track/match payments. It is your responsibility to submit payment at the time of your request. In the event that the payment does not match Naviance, the number of requests will be printed and hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the scholar with one additional digital copy emailed to the scholars outlook.
Payment confirmation should match the number of Naviance requests.
