They focus on getting to know what's important to each person and allowing students to showcase their strengths.  Build in time for students to share their creations, or consider having a collaborative file where each student has their own workspace.

Using WeVideo, students make a digital journal or vlog in which they share their experiences, hobbies, or passions. 

Students introduce themselves to their classmates by using 3 video clips with a sentences in this lesson from WeVideo.

Students identify and describe their happy place, where they can mentally go to relax and get away from stress.

Students decorate the inside of a digital locker to tell about who they are. 

What Does Your Notebook Say About You?

Students design the front of a virtual notebook that expresses their interests using digital stickers. 

Students use Adobe Express to create a poster explaining what matters most to them. 

Students use Adobe Express to tell the story of one of their memories. 

By composing a 30 word poem, students share interesting facts about themselves with their classmates. 

Students create a slide with one word or phrase, and one image in three minutes to make a claim or observation. 

Students combine a selfie with adjectives to create a powerful image about themselves. 

Students complete a banner showcasing 5 photos of their choice that tell something about them. 

Use the photo booth template to have students capture their image and add props that tell you about their interests and passions.  

Students use emojis to illustrate how they feel about a variety of back to school topics. 

With a partner or small group, students create a 1-2 minute Q&A style video where they interview someone in the class.
