The I.E.P.

The Individual Education Plan is a living document outlining a student's Special Education program(s) and/or services and his/her assessed strengths and needs. The Special Education Teacher develops and revises each exceptional student's IEP in collaboration with the subject teachers for each semester. Parents, Administration, Board personnel and community personnel, where applicable, are consulted in the development of the IEP. Each semester's IEP is issued within the first 30 days of the beginning of the semester. The IEP is revised, as needed, if a change in program or services occurs within the semester.
