Scheduling Forms

The High School Transition Meeting for the Parents of incoming Freshmen for the 2026 - 2027 school year, will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 6:00 in the High School Auditorium.

Below please find all of the Scheduling Forms that may be required to schedule courses for the 2026 - 2027 school year.  

Course selection for 2026 - 2027 will begin Monday, February 02, 2026.  The Course Catalog is uploaded to the Guidance Office webpage and will also be emailed to all parents.

Each student must complete a Course Selection Sheet (below) and hand it in.  They will then receive a printed version of their choices to have approved and signed by a parent/guardian and return to the Counseling Office.  If changes are requested, they will be addressed at that time.
