SAP or Student Assistance Program is set up and designed to offer supportive services to students experiencing difficulties that may interfere with their success at school.
Below you will find the forms necessary to refer a student for these services or give permission for outside services to be utilized. If you have any questions regarding these services or the forms provided, please contact the Counseling Office at 484-373-6040 to speak with the student's counselor.
