Attached is week 5 of the sprint training. Saturday you will have a fitness test that could either be a measured distance (300m or 400m) or a run for distance (run for 40 or 55 seconds on a road or park loop and record your starting location and how far you get so you can return later and do the same thing so see if you get farther)
