This past indoor season was special from the start. It was filled with many great performances and efforts. However, perhaps the most impressive was the enthusiasm and team spirit. Starting with the coaches, the positive attitude separated Hall's Track program from the rest. This is what led Hall to a State Championship; the first in 62 years.
As the outdoor season approaches, it is evident that the athletes are hungry for another State Championship. Everyday after school you can find a group of sprinters working out at the track, or some distance runners running around West Hartford, and even throwers and jumpers lifting in the weight room. The commitment by all these athletes is incredible and will pay off when the time comes.
Congratulations to everyone who competed indoors, and let's keep the momentum going into the outdoor season!
