Sprint Training Week 3

Attached you will find the training for week 3. The town has closed the track. Please respect this closure and seek alternate locations for your workout. When you need a more "exact" distance, consider using 12 walking strides = 10 meters.

I will be in our "office hours" at 12:30pm on Monday 4/6 if you have any questions or just want to stop by and say hi.
