Before I took Pre-Calculus, there were many things I new nothing about. Pre-Calculus is pretty similar to algebra, so if you hate algebra…. good luck! Personally, I hated algebra but luckily, I disliked pre-calculus so much that I started to like algebra. I am not a math person, so do not take my dislike for calculus and make yourself hate calculus too.

Before I started this class I wished I had watched the Office. Mr.Bain does like a billion trivia questions on that show. Once he even made the class sing a song so that they could receive a cheat sheet for the test. I didn’t sing because I’m stubborn, now before finals I wish I sang. But if Mr.Bain is reading this, I refuse to sing “Staying Alive”, the regret isn't that strong. Other shows that he might quiz you on are Parks and Rec and Brooklyn Nine Nine, both of which I have never seen. I never, not even once, participated in trivia. It’s okay, just make sure you find someone in your class who loves the shows enough to answer the questions, you can win doughnuts.

If you ever miss class, please remember to take the notes that you missed or else you can completely bomb the tests without the right. Also, don't lose you problem sets because they are ten points and that's a lot of points for the class. If you ever have something that’s late, just explain why and stuff. Don’t make excuses, majority of the time he will take late work. But don’t take that the wrong way, don't constantly try to turn in late work, that’s bad. Mr.Bain is pretty cool though because if you kinda suck, but you try, he might round your grade up by a little to help you out. So, next time Mr.Bain makes a joke that goes over everyone else’s heads, just laugh. I wasn’t ever nice enough to laugh because I’m just mean, but please smile, he’s a funny guy and most of his jokes are pretty good. For such a hard subject, Mr.Bain makes it pretty easy. But I also just suck and calculus.
