Dear Honors Pre-calculus,

My advice to you guys is take notes throughout the year. Bring your notebook to class everyday because you can use it on the test. So make your notes neat maybe even use color to help you. Your notebook is going to be your lifesaver. Don’t be on your phone when he is giving you the notes you may miss something or you might not understand the section because you were doing something else. If you miss a day of school make sure you go in this website to get the notes or get the homework on the back wall. You can always check your answers on his website but just don’t copy them off his website you will get a zero on the assignment. Always show your work. If you don’t like to ask questions because you are afraid to ask during class write it down and give it to him and the next day he will answer that question or put a question mark next to the problem that you don’t understand and he will go over it with you. If you don’t want to be called on never make eye contact with him because he will call on you. If you don’t understand a section ask for help because some of the section are harder than you think. Always do your homework it will help you practice for the test. If you fail a test you can use get extra help and retake that section you thought you did better on. Its okay to get extra help when needed. Your biggest mistake will be bring food in class because he WILL take some. If you bring donuts make sure you give one to Bain. Sharing is caring after all. You definitely need to watch The Office, park and rec and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (his favorite tv shows). He will refer to them throughout the year. Maybe he will ask you ask you questions about them to see who really knows his tv shows. Try your hardest and you will pass this class. If you have him first period he will scream every Friday! He just might give you extra credit if you scream with him. Good luck to the next Honors Pre-calculus!
