My name is Dr. Lauren Lauren, and I'm reaching out from Hope Counseling Center. We're a mental health practice located right here in Ventura at 4482 Market St., Suite 405/406, and I wanted to personally connect with you because we know how much school counselors and administrators care about the well-being of their students and families.
We currently have openings for children, adolescents, and parents, and we'd love to be a trusted resource your school can refer to when students or families need extra support. We offer evening appointments and services in Spanish.
Here's a little about what we offer:
Individual, Couple, & Family Therapy
Depression & Anxiety Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy
Children & Teen Therapy
Spanish-Speaking Services Available
We want to make access as easy as possible, so we accept commercial insurance (Aetna, Cigna, Optum), Gold Coast Health Plan (Medi-Cal), and sliding scale for families who need it.
If you ever have a student or family in need of counseling, please don't hesitate to share our information.
Getting started is simple:
📧 Email: hello@counselinghope.info
📞 Call or Text: 805-890-2289 (ask for Jamie Mullin, our Intake Specialist)
🌐 Website: www.hcounselingcenter.com
We'd also be happy to send over some materials you could keep on hand for families, or even set up a brief call to introduce ourselves if that would be helpful.
Thank you so much for everything you do for your students. We're grateful to be part of this community and look forward to partnering with you.
With warmth,
Lauren Lawson, PsyD, LMFT
