Call Center

Finally, if you have any Distance learning questions, our Call Center is here for you with extended hours this weekend.

• The Call Center is open to assist families from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday. We will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 22 and Saturday, August 29.

• Beginning Monday, August 31, Call Center hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday. We will be closed on weekends and Labor Day, Monday, September 7.

Power Outage- they need access to Wi-Fi- Balboa Middle School has offered to be our testing center for folks who need Wi-Fi due to power outages. Please enter Balboa through parking lot entrance on Hill Road. Staff will direct families to unoccupied parking spots. Families will need to remain in their cars for safety. One set of restrooms will be opened for families located in the cafeteria corridor. Be sure to use face coverings, social distance, and wash hands if you use the restroom. This is a pilot process that we would like to expand for families if it goes well. Please let us know your experiences by emailing Christine Lobitz @ christine.lobitz@venturausd.org.

ParentSquare-No invite- if they say they did not get an invite, but they were getting our calls and emails before, have them go to www.parentsquare.com and log in using their email and/or email address that we have on file for them, they should get right in. If they cannot get in then please verify their contact information in Q. If that is updated then it will take 1 business day to update in ParentSquare. If that was not the issue then they will need to call the Technology Helpline at 805-641-5000 x1450.
