Employers are tapping into the needs of some younger workers and offering student loan repayment assistance to workers. A larger employer, Fidelity Investments, recently implemented this new perk as a way to attract and retain new employees.
Leaders in the U.S.Congress are also looking at making such benefits tax-free up to certain monetary limits.
