Consultants Pricewaterhouse Cooper recently released a white paper looking at the college costs and the impact student loan debt has on the future lives of young adults. "Families should approach the process of selecting a college in the same way they would in making any other large investment or purchase, with a clear set of decision criteria," the report says.
"While the emotional aspects of college can influence decision making, it is important to recognize one's financial limitations."
The paper is the first in a four-part series titled “Dimensions of the Student Loan Crisis,” in which specialists examine the key factors contributing to the crisis. Read or download the white paper here.
