Pamela W. Fowler
Pam has more than 30 years of experience in the financial aid profession and has served as Executive Director of the U-M Office of Financial Aid since 1997. She is a past board chair of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and the Coalition of State and University Aid Administrators, a former Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators president and a former member of The College Board Midwestern Regional Council. She has served as a trainer and speaker and has participated on several U.S. Department of Education Negotiated Rulemaking Committees and helped to create the NASFAA Standards of Excellence Review Program.

Kristin Bhaumik
Krissy serves as Associate Director for Financial Wellness and Advising & Eligibility in the U-M Office of Financial Aid and is an adjunct lecturer in U-M College of Literature, Science, and the Arts where she teaches about financial literacy topics. She is our go-to person for loan-related topics and student loan repayment and also serves as a liaison between the Office of Financial Aid and the U.S. Dept. of Education Ombudsman regarding students who need help setting up loan repayment. She is past president of the Michigan Student Financial Aid Association.
