Articulates a compelling vision for organizational change.
Develops a plan for implementation congruent with organizational resources and support.
Communicates with relevant stakeholders to enlist support for proposed change.
These resources are grouped into three categories.
Fostering Organizational Change (change is very demanding of an organization so it receives a lot of attention)
Leadership Development (how leaders enter, perform, and leave organizations and gain skills as leaders)*
*Note: this category fits with the Personal Leadership competency as well
Analyzing the Organization (understanding how they work and how they are structured),
