I am currently a graduate student in the bioinformatics and computational biology program at the University of Delaware. My fascination with neuroscience really grew out of my studies and my natural curiosity about how our brain works. Having started in Pharmacy, I was initially drawn to the way drugs interact with the brain to influence behavior and mood. Then, as I moved into Bioinformatics, I realized how powerful data and computational tools could be in uncovering even deeper insights about the brain's complexities. Currently my research interest focuses on the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder.
