Abigail Krams

Undergraduate Researcher

My name is Abby Krams and I am a rising senior Neuroscience major at the University of Delaware concentrating on neurobiology. I began my undergraduate education as a Music Therapy major where I was first introduced to the intricacies of the brain, but it was only a matter of time until I enrolled in the Neuroscience program. Since diving into neuroscience research, my fascination with the brain has grown into a desire to peruse a graduate degree in neurobiology. I am a member of Nu Rho Psi Honor Society and I am an undergraduate teaching assistant in a basic neuroanatomy lab. My primary research interests are pharmacological interventions for PTSD, the"gut-brain" axis, migraine biology, and autonomic dysfunction.Â
