I’m interested in Neuroscience because when I took my first psychology course in high school, I was so impressed by the brain and how a single organ could be so complex. I knew then that I wanted to study the brain, because I was fascinated by how it affects everything we are. There is still so much we don’t know about the brain and I knew I wanted to be a part in finding that out. My own struggle with mental health was also a huge factor in my interest to understand on a different level what was happening in my own brain. The brain is by far the coolest organ and I want to learn everything I can about it.
