The Tri-Valley School District Board of Directors is currently accepting applications for a full‐time, 12‐month, Superintendent of Schools position available starting on or about February 8, 2026. 

Submit the following to EMPLOYMENT@TVDAWGS.NET:  

• Application

• Signed cover letter

• Resume

• Sealed transcripts (may be submitted separately)

• PA letter of eligibility

• PDE 6004 Arrest/Conviction Certification Form 

• Clearances current within one (1) year: Act 34, Act 151, and FBI fingerprints

• Proof of completion within five (5) years: Act 31/Act 126

• PA Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release

  •     A separate form must be completed for:

    •      1. Current employer; and

    •      2. All former employers that were school entities; and

    •      3. All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.

Prospective Teacher Substitutes:

The educator must:

• Be currently enrolled in a Pennsylvania-approved college or university teacher preparation program;

• Have completed a minimum of 60 semester hours or equivalent; and

• Meet requirements of the School Code related to clearances and good moral character.

• The educator may teach a maximum of 10 days for a single employee and a maximum of 20 days per school year.

The Guest Teacher Program is organized by Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 Curriculum Department.  The program prepares you to replace classroom teachers during their absence. Please see the flyer below for more information.
