Please note: Any requests for bus changes must be accompanied by a TRANSPORTATION CHANGE REQUEST FORM and submitted to rms@tvdawgs.net. Requests submitted after the 6/30/23 deadline may not be accepted until after the conclusion of the first two (2) full weeks of the 2023/24 school year.

Transportation arrangements ensuring efficient commuting to and from school are meticulously organized for all students. Student assignments for transportation are allocated according to their primary residence or established childcare arrangements.
In instances where a student requires transportation to an alternate childcare address beyond their primary residence, and that alternate address is not covered by standard bus routes, it becomes the responsibility of the parent or guardian to make suitable transportation arrangements for their child.

EMERGENCY CHANGE REQUESTS
Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the building principal.
An emergency is defined as: a serious situation or occurrence that happens unexpectedly and demands immediate action.

Who do I contact with a transportation issue?
Transportation Coordinator / Administration Office
Please contact the transportation coordinator/administration office regarding the following:
public and non-public permanent bus stop changes of one month or longer
stop locations and times
routes and walking routes
report of road or driver hazards
report of missing student
report of a late or no show bus - important note, student must be outside and visibly waiting for the bus in the AM, do not report late or no shows if your child was not outside at the time of occurrence
serious or unresolved issues at the school building level
items or inquiries not specifically listed on this page
