1. Read Giancoli Chapter 20 - Magnetism. You may skip 20-9, 20-10, 20-11, 20-12, and 20-15. However, there are some really good explanations of real-world applications for magnetism and electromagnetism in those sections. You should check them out if you are interested, especially the applications section: 20-10.
Read through and consider Conceptual Questions 1 - 30.
2. Read Giancoli Chapter 21 - Electromagnetic Induction and Faraday's Law; AC Circuits. You only need to read sections 21-1, 21-2, 21-3, and 21-4. Again, the rest of the sections are interesting if you choose to read them, especially 21-5 about generators, 21-7 about transformers, and 21-8 about applications.
Read through and consider Conceptual Questions 1 - 29.
