Review Guide:
Review Guide Part 1 - this is the review guide associated with AP Physics 1 before AP1 dropped basic circuits. So, it has electrostatics (skip this stuff, electrostatics won't be on this exam, so skip to Question 4), and basic circuit analysis. If you were only going to do one review guide, I would recommend #2. There is more stuff on there that will be on the test - this one is only basic resistor circuit analysis
Review Guide Part 2 - this is the review guide associated with AP Physics 2 before we added all of the AP1 stuff to this course. So, it has capacitors, Kirchoff Circuits, and some basic circuit problem solving.
Lab:
Capacitor Derivation Lab - This lab derives the equations for equivalent capacitances in parallel and series capacitor circuits. Depending on time, we might not do this one.
Kirchoff and Capacitor Prediction Lab - This lab puts Kirchoff's Laws and the equivalent capacitances in parallel and series capacitor circuits to use, checking to see if we can predict and measure the appropriate values in a live setting. Depending on time, we might not do the capacitor lab. But the Kirchoff prediction lab will be part of our semester exam.
Kirchoff Semester Exam Project
Kirchoff Circuit Project Turn-in Instructions
A paper (handwritten/drawn) schematic diagram and filled out VIRP table for your circuit. Hand this to me in person. This should look very nice - not your erased a million times scratch paper.
Circuit Lab schematic with the values for current and voltage drops across the resistors shown. The readings should match your handwritten VIRP table). You don't have to turn anything in - just leave it on the Circuit Lab Program with your name as the title.
