School Work Experiences

The Spartan School Store

The school store gives students an opportunity to develop skills in leadership, business development and management, marketing and retail operations. Students gain hands-on experience while building their knowledge of working as a team in the service industry. The store provides students with the opportunity to work together to create a positive addition to their school.

MBA Cafeteria

The MBA cafeteria offers students the opportunity to gain work skills in the food service and management industry. Students work along side the staff at the cafeteria learning the routine required to serve the 300 students at this school.

Inter-office Mail Delivery

The inter-school mail delivery requires students to collect, sort, and distribute the mail coming into and within the three schools and district offices on campus. Students participating in this job learn interpersonal skills, organization, problem solving, task planning, and time management.
