February Chapter Meeting, Wednesday, Feb 20, 6:30

Our February chapter meeting will be on the 20th at The Speckled Trout Bed and Breakfast, 607 Oak Ave, Waynesboro VA. The meeting will be at 6:30pm in the great room downstairs. As usual, please use the side entrance on the right side of the house and park on 14th street or in the Eggleston parking lot on the corner of 14th and Oak. Please don't park on Oak St.

Tom Benzing will be giving a presentation on fishing for big trout on the West Branch of the Delaware River. I'll be tying an Apple Snowshoe Caddis to match the main hatch in Tom's presentation. We'll also be discussing and (hopefully) ratifying new chapter bylaws. We need a minimum of 20 members to ratify new bylaws, so please make a special effort to come to this meeting. The proposed bylaws are below.
