1: WHAT DATE SHOULD I DO A JOB BY?. The due date that is shown on the service order.

If the unit is vacant you can enter the unit. If the unit is occupied, call the tenant to schedule an appointment, unless we told you

that we have already served a notice for you to enter with a key we provided you

2: WHY DID YOU EMAIL ME A STATUS REPORT REQUEST?

3: If you receive a ticket where your name is not the name of the vendor then:

A: Let the person who sent you the ticket know that the ticket does not have their name on it so you cannot do the work AND

B: Do not take any other action on the ticket.

4: If I a receive a request to do work does not include the ticket#, detail of the job etc then tell the person who sent you the request to send

you a ticket so you can do the work.
