CAN I KEEP MY MAIL BOX KEY AFTER I HAVE MOVED OUT ?

1: Once you have moved out you need to return the mailbox key to us immediately by leaving it in the Lockbox provided, to avoid you being charged.

2: Once you have moved out, we will immediately change the mailbox locks so you will not be able to access the mail box anymore

3: We will return any mail received in the box after you move out to the sender (see MAIL LEFT BY A PREVIOUS RESIDENT )

4: To avoid not getting your mail we recommend you get the Post Office to forward your mail automatically to your new address
