"For the last 4 and a half years, my wife and I have very much enjoyed our time living at 4587 Arizona Street in San Diego. The rent was affordable and the neighbors were outstanding! .The few units surrounding ours were occupied by helpful, respectful, and appreciative tenants, making for a wonderfully cultivated small community atmosphere. We can't thank you enough for choosing such terrific people to occupy this property. George Sosa was consistently available and concerned with tending to and correcting any potential maintenance or rental issues. SDCPM staff were always friendly and available to field any questions or follow up concerns.
It is very bittersweet to leave this apartment that we have come to consider our home. If it were not for needing a larger place at this juncture in our lives, we would happily have stayed in this cozy apartment indefinitely.
