Online Gradebook

Welcome to SJA’s online grading program. Our goal is to enable you, as parents, to be better informed of your child’s academic progress. To receive the most updated information, it is best to check the account on the first of each month. You should have received a letter for each one of your children in grades 3-8 these letters contain account information for the parents, account information for the student, and a unique student access code for parent use.

1) This is your parent username and password, one parent username is automatically generated for each child. You can use this parent username to view each of your child's grades after you have associated the parent username with the Student Access Code. Choose a parent username from one of the sheets and disregard the others. If for some reason you would like to have multiple parent accounts you may use another automatically generated parent username or contact jedel@saintjamesacademy.org and I will create another one for you.

2) This is the student's username and password, this account allows your child to view his/her grades only.

3) This is the student access code and is unique to your son or daughter. Entering this code for each child into your parent account under the Students & Classes link will allow you to see each of your child's grades under a single login. As a convenience one child has already been linked to your parent account.

Example:

Homer and Marge Simpson have 3 children that attend St. James Academy Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. Bart is in 6th grade, Lisa is in 5th grade and Maggie is in 2nd grade. The Simpsons received 2 letters (one for Bart and one for Lisa, Maggie is in 2nd grade so she does not get one.)

Bart and Lisa are each given their respective student usernames and passwords so they can only view their classes and grades. Marge decides that her and Homer will share a parent account so she picks the parent account information from Bart's letter. Marge logs into www.engradepro.com with the parent account information from Bart's letter; at this time the parent account only shows Bart's information, Marge clicks on the Students & Classes link and enters Lisa's Student Access Code of stjamesacademy-123456-**** then clicks add.
