It was so nice to see everyone yesterday. I'm looking forward to tomorrow when we can see one another again. We will have our next Zoom class on Thursday at 11:30. Here is today's work:
1. SeeSaw - Please go to Seesaw and answer the question I have posted. Then post your work.
2. ELA /Grammar- Yesterday we began to read the story of Theodore Roosevelt. We learned that Theodore Roosevelt once said "When you play, play hard. When you work, don't play at all." Use the sheet below to explain what these words mean and how they can apply to your life. Then, on the bottom of the page we are reminded that words that name places like cities and states must begin with capital letters. Some examples are Staten Island, New York, and Florida. Complete the bottom of the ELA page to practice this skill.
3. Phonics - Do page 226 to practice our high frequency words of the week.
4. Spelling - Write each of these words three times and use each in a sentence.
those used so right once
5. Religion - Take the Chapter 25 test on page 294 of your religion book.
6. Math - Today you will be practicing telling time and learning about A.M. and P.M. Watch this video first and then do pages 377 and 380 in your big math book.
