Week of January 17

On Wednesday and Thursday of this week the children will be taking the MAP tests in Reading and Math.  No preparation is necessary.

There are no spelling words this week.  The children will be having a Grammar test on adjectives on Thursday and a Religion test on Chapter 9 on Friday.  Chapter 9 is the chapter on the 10 Commandments.  The children do not have to memorize the 10 commandments, but they should know what the Great Commandment is and what the 10 commandments are.  They should be able to name at least one of the ten commandments and tell how they can follow this commandment.

There is a bake sale on Thursday.  The children can bring in money to spend at the sale.
