Error Corrections on Submitted Jobs--Unverified ONLY
- Log into eSchool
- Locate the job that needs corrected.
- By Job number
- On the "Administrator" drop-down, select "Job Inquiry/Reports"
- NOTE: The Job Status default is "Open & Active." If the job is closed, search "Finished."
- Enter the job number.
- Click "Search."
- Locate the correct job and click on the job number link.
- On the "Administrator" drop-down, select "Job Inquiry/Reports"
- By Date
- On the "Administrator" drop-down, select "Job Inquiry/Reports"
- NOTE: The Job Status default is "Open & Active." If the job is closed, search "Finished."
- Enter the date or date range, using mm/dd/yyyy format.
- Click "Search."
- Locate the correct job and click on the job number link.
- On the "Administrator" drop-down, select "Job Inquiry/Reports"
- By Employee Name (Teacher or Substitute)
- On the "Administrator" drop-down, select "Profile Inquiry/Reports" and "General."
- Enter all or part of the employee or substitute name.
- Click "Search."
- Select the name from the list generated.
- By Job number
3. Under the "Employee' drop-down, select "Calendar."
4. Navigate to the correct month and day.
5. Click on the job number.
3. Correct errors on the "Job Details" screen.
4. Click "Save."
5. Do not make any adjustments to "Verified" jobs. Contact Monica for corrections.
