This is not an exhaustive list as many are simple information intake forms but you can be prepared by having the following:
request an official high school transcript from the guidance office,
request at least 2 letters of recommendation from your school counselor, teacher(s), or recent employer (Note: any letters of recommendation from your counselor must be submitted through the guidance office),
create a resume (here's an example and free templates),
include a letter of acceptance from your top college choice,
include your Student Aid Report from FAFSA,
and draft up essays well in advance to avoid missing deadlines.
