What you need to do to enroll at Freeport High School:
Must live in Freeport, Durham, or Pownal and provide proof of residency*
Step 1: Complete the paperwork below, pick up a folder at high school, or request one be mailed to you
Step 2: Return completed paperwork to the school along with the following:
current transcript 4. copy of birth certificate
current and/or future schedule 5. any guardianship paperwork if applicable
copy of immunizations 6. proof of residency*
Step 3: Make an appointment with a guidance counselor (an appointment cannot be made until all the paperwork has been submitted to the high school.)
The student and a parent/guardian must be present for the registration appointment
*Proof of residency can include any of the following:
Rental/Lease agreement
Purchase and Sales agreement
Current Property Tax Bill
Current utility bill in your name - gas, electric, propane. Cell phone bills are NOT utility bills.
