Lincoln Middle School

WELCOME!

I am the Newcomer Center Outreach Liaison and the Family Liaison at Lincoln Middle School.  I completed my B.S. degree in business administration at the Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua in Mexico. 

My professional career started with marketing research and helping administrate a prestigious bank in Mexico.   

I was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico with two younger sisters Suhey and Diana.  I always had an interest in experiencing other cultures and languages. This interest brought me to the United States. I moved to Fort Collins in the winter of 2000 to study English.  Here I met my husband, David, and now we live happily in Loveland.  In 2004, I  applied to the Poudre School District and I been working as Family Liaison at Lincoln Middle School ever since.  

I enjoy, in my spare time, watching movies and sporting events, and reading.  I also enjoy traveling, especially visiting my family in Chihuahua and visiting other parts of Mexico, the United States and Canada.

Soy el Enlace Familiar del Programa de los Recién Legados y de la Escuela Secundaria Lincoln. Me gradué en Licenciada en Relaciones Comerciales en el Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua en México.

Mi Carrera profesional empezó en una empresa de investigación de mercados y después administrando en banco en México.

Nací y me crie en Chihuahua, México con dos hermanas menores, Suhey y Diana. Siempre tuve interés en experimentar otras culturas e idiomas. Este interés me trajo a los Estados Unidos. Me mude a Fort Collins en el invierno del 2000 para estudiar inglés. Aquí, conocí a mi esposo, David y ahora vivimos felices en Loveland. En el 2004, solicite trabajo en el Distrito Escolar de Poudre y he estado trabajando como Enlace Familiar en la Escuela Secundaria Lincoln desde entonces.

En mi tiempo libre, disfruto ver películas, deportes y leer. También me gusta viajar, especialmente visitar a mi familia en Chihuahua y visitar otras partes de Estados Unidos y Canadá.

Hi! My name is Rosy Noonan, I am one of the Family Liaisons at Lincoln Middle School. I was born & raised in a small town in Northern California called Woodland. I moved to North Carolina in 2016 & lived there for 5 years. I moved to Colorado in 2019 & have been loving it here ever since.

I am married & have 2 beautiful kids & 3 energetic & loving dogs.

I come from a Hispanic background; Spanish is my first language. I am happy to be able to help our students & families. I am looking forward to helping with anything that anyone may need. Something as simple as helping fill out a paper or even translating or being someone’s support.

 ¡Hola! Mi nombre es Rosy Noonan, soy una de las Relaciones Familiares en Lincoln Middle School. Nací y crecí en un pequeño pueblo en el norte de California llamado Woodland. Me mudé a Carolina del Norte en 2016 y viví allí durante 5 años. Me mudé a Colorado en 2019 y me ha encantado aquí desde entonces. 

Estoy casada y tengo 2 hermosos hijos y 3 perros enérgicos y amorosos. 

Vengo de origen hispano; el español es mi primer idioma. Estoy feliz de poder ayudar a nuestros estudiantes y familias. Espero tener el gusto de poder ayudar con cualquier cosa que alguien pueda necesitar. Algo tan sencillo como ayudar a rellenar un papel o incluso traducir o ser el apoyo de alguien.
