FAMILY SCHOOL COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

Welcome! Bienvenidos! Marhaba!

The Department of Language, Culture & Equity and Family Liaisons (FL) work together to build strong Family, School, Community Partnerships (FSCP). This team works as a bridge between families and PSD school communities. Family Liaisons create positive school experiences and help families navigate the school system, keeping parents informed and leading students towards academic achievement and postsecondary readiness. Our primary focus is to work with culturally and linguistically diverse families in our schools.

Our program follows the Colorado Department of Education FSCP framework to guide programming in schools. Examples of this work can be found on the CDE website.

Family Liaisons are at the heart of all Family Engagement work in PSD. Our team is the key to helping families make meaningful connections to ensure that students can access educational opportunities that support a student's individual pursuits and interests in a changing world.

We invite you to meet our Family Liaisons by clicking on the school names below.
