Flexibility is an important component to fitness that will be emphasized at the conclusion of each class with static stretching. Each student will be responsible to cool down and complete their stretching on their own in the class time allotted. Rollers and softballs will be used during this time to roll out muscles as well. Dynamic stretching will be used to warm-up for the days activities. Students should always pay attention to their bodies and add additional exercises to meet their needs.
