There will be an emphasis in developing cardiovascular endurance 2 times per week. Generally this will be 2 days between Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Bring a water bottle, good running shoes, and occasionally we will use heart-rate monitors.
Warm-up will consist of dynamic stretching, following by static stretching at completion of work-out. Most cardio days will utilize a cross-fit workout (WOD). Following our cardio workout we will transition to our unit time.
Assessment - Timed mile, daily effort and goals reached
