Transcript / Academic Records 

Current Students

The Ontario Student Transcript (OST) is a comprehensive record of a student’s overall secondary school achievement and provides a record of standing with regard to the secondary school diploma requirements. 

You may need a copy of your transcript when you are applying for:

• Some jobs (ie: Military Reserves)

• Scholarships

• Post-secondary schooling outside of Ontario

If you are a current student at Canterbury and need a copy of your transcript, please email your request to Ms. Kelly Beaulieu (kelly.beaulieu@ocdsb.ca) in Student Services.   Be sure to indicate whether you need a paper copy and/or a scanned copy of your transcript.

A Letter of Attestation attests to the registration and attendance of a student, or confirmation of graduation, and is verified by data contained on or in the Ontario Student Record. 

A letter of attestation may be required from your parent/guardian by the government for tax purposes.
