Both Drawing & Painting II and our STAC Intro to Art course allows students to refine their drawing and painting skills. Students will complete work for their portfolio including still life, landscape, design, perspective, human figure, and portraiture using a variety of media. Students will also produce work based on individual themes. Stydenst are given the opportunity for experimentation and exploration of media for self-expression.
STAC/ Intro to Art 101A: there is a tuition fee for this 3-credit college class. Students will pay at time of registration. Students must have a 3.5 or higher overall average in art. This course is a prerequisite for our Academy of Art students who have a 2D concentration.
