1st Payment of $200 is due Wed October 15, 2025
2nd Payment of $250 is due Wed December 17, 2025.
3rd Payment of $250 is due Wed February 11, 2026.
Make sure both your Medical Form and Permission to Travel Form are completed and turned in by Wed February 11, 2026.
