5/6 Honor Choir

NCICDA Honor Choir will be February 18, 2025 in Algona. The concert will be at 7:00 pm.

A Schedule and ticketing info will be sent to families once Mrs. Trulson has received that information.

In general, students will leave school late morning. Students will rehearse for the afternoon and then have the concert at 7:00 pm that evening. Parents may purchase tickets and attend the concert. After the concert, parents are welcome to take their students home. Any students who do not have a parent attending the concert will ride back to the school with Mrs. Trulson.

Usually 6 students from North Butler are selected for the NCICDA 5/6 Honor Choir. More students may be accepted up to 11 depending upon the year and enrollment variability.

Students are selected based upon participation in OPUS auditions from the fall, solos and ensembles students may have sang, grade level, interest and ability, and availability to participate.
