The music trip for North Butler Choir and Band students in the graduating classes of 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 is scheduled for March of 2030. Planning for the trip will begin in early 2029.

Money is tight. How can I afford the cost of a music trip?
NBFOM coordinates fundraisers each year. Everyone can participate to support our music programs and reduce the out-of-pocket cost of the trip.
In the fall of 2025 a Rada fundraiser was organized by parents for students who needed additional funds for this year's trip. We are not currently planning any additional fundraisers other than Butter Braid sales and the waffle brunch. Students will be able to use their Butter Braid sales to cover their final payment, but not earlier payments. Students will not be able to use this year's waffle brunch ticket sales profits for this year's trip as that will occur after the final payment is due.
We do not offer any type of reimbursement for over-fundraising. If a student has a younger sibling, any remaining amount in their account will be transferred once the student graduates.
