Try your hand at a social media art sensation, #inktober. Watch the video below and look at the slideshow of examples.

View the examples in the slide show below to see how different artists interpreted the word #Freeze. 

Activity Directions:

1. Watch the Pen and Ink Drawing Techniques video below.

2. Complete the Ink Technique Practice section of the worksheet provided using pen or thin sharpie. 

3. Choose a word from the Inktober 2021 Prompt List below and illustrate it on your sheet. Use PENCIL FIRST, then sharpie. If you need to use your ipad to google an image, that's fine.

4. Turn in your sheet to the sub. If you have enough time, choose another word from the prompt list and create a new drawing.
