He was obsesed with the concept of infinity and optical illusions. Below you can see his famous "impossible cube" as well as his "Impossible Staircase". You can let your imagination run wild as you design your fotress- it does not need to be logical/functional! Apply your knowledge of shading and value to add dimension to your drawing.
